Three, Four and Under - Austin Family Portrait Photographer

I'm not going to lie... a portrait session with three kiddos, four and under is a challenge! 

But it is also extremely rewarding.  Look at these precious siblings. 

I hope they have this picture hanging on their wall when they are all grown up.

Family Portrait - Austin Family Photographer

I met up with this family to help them get an updated family portrait.  It was a rather different experience for me, since I am used to working with tiny tots running around in every direction and looking anywhere but at the camera.  I had to laugh a little when their dog gave me a run for my money - I still had to pull out some of my kiddo tricks to try to get his attention. :)

A Mini & A New Favorite Place - Austin Family and Child Portrait Photographer

We did this mini-session at a restaurant called Dahlia Cafe in Liberty Hill, Texas and followed it up with a great country cooked dinner.  I had never been to Dahlia's before, but I have to say I definitely plan to go back.  They have a beautiful outdoor seating area with picnic tables and vintage patio sets.  There are giant oak trees and a playground for the kids.  The food was really tasty.  If you live up on the north side, I recommend giving it a try!  They have live music on Saturday night.
